X4000 Robot 1 (X4R1) - The 5G Edge AI robot 'prototype' is powered by the latest generation of Qualcomm Dragonwing™ with its hybrid ‘dual-brain’ which combines a system-on-chip micro-processor with integrated AI and GPU acceleration including a micro-controller on a single board which supports Real-Time Operating System (RTOS), Robot Operating System (ROS) and Linux operating system including physical modular robotic sensors integrated with on-device AI inference for AI intelligence.

The X4R1 protoype is designed for high-performance edge computing and real-time control via a 5G module with the X4000 5G SIM card inserted and enabled for secure ‘over-the-air’ private 5G wireless cellular communication for high-bandwidth, ultra reliable low latency and scalability with network slicing provisioned for quality of service, priority and preemption for mission-critical communication.
